Linda Derderian oversees The Perry Group’s administrative, operational and financial functions. Working closely with the agency’s senior leadership, she develops efficient and productive company workflows, while also working to promote and maintain an inclusive workplace.  

 Prior to joining The Perry Group in 2021, Linda’s career was focused in health information management. She spent more than 35 years with Women & Infants Hospital and Care New England in roles with increasing responsibility and management oversight. Among Linda’s many accomplishments was being part of the team that developed and implemented the hospital’s initial electronic health records system.  She also improved processes and developed and conducted training programs for physicians and hospital staff on an ever-changing electronic health record system.
